§ 12-5-135. Requirement of Bond or Letter of Credit

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1985, “subsection” was substituted for “paragraph” in the introductory language of subsection (b); and “12-5-136” was substituted for “12-2-136” in subsection (e).

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2003, “July 1, 2003,” was substituted for “the effective date of this subsection” near the end of subsection (i).
