Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1995, “authority” was substituted for “Authority” twice in the first sentence of subsection (b) and, in subsection (d), near the beginning of paragraph (d)(2) and near the beginning of paragraph (d)(6); in subsection (c), “develop” was substituted for “development” and a comma was added after “preserve”; and, in subsection (d), “the” was deleted preceding “Legislative Counsel” in the last sentence of paragraph (d)(3) and near the end of the first sentence of paragraph (d)(4).
