§ 12-3-194. Powers of Association Generally

The association shall have, in addition to any other powers conferred in this part, the following powers:

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1993, “$1 million” was substituted for “$1,000,000.00” in subparagraph (6)(A).
Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1995, in paragraph (6), a comma was inserted between “provided” and “however” in the introductory language and a semicolon was substituted for the period at the end of subparagraph (6)(B).
