Law 12-144 provided for the transfer of the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Land Agency to the Board of Directors of the National Capital Revitalization Corporation, and for the abolition of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Land Agency.
