Subchapter II - Reporting on Immunizations
§ 38–953.23. Outreach efforts

(a) Beginning on the first Friday after the effective date of the Back-to-School Safely Emergency Act of 2022, effective July 27, 2022 (D.C. Act 24-544; 69 DCR 9979), through September 30, 2022, DC Health shall report to the Council on a weekly basis, and on a biweekly basis from October 1, 2022, through November 30, 2022:
(1) The dates, times, and addresses of where mobile health providers and COVID-19 centers will be available to the public for pediatric immunizations during the next 7 calendar days; and
(2) The number of students served at each site each week.
(b) The information or a link to the information required in subsection (a)(1) of this section shall be widely promoted and posted publicly utilizing:
(1) The DCPS website homepage;
(2) The PCSB website homepage;
(3) DCPS, PCSB, and DC Health social media platforms; and
(4) Other means as determined by DC Health.
