Subchapter III - Game of Skill Machines
§ 36–641.14. Insurance

The Office may require by rule, issued pursuant to this subchapter, that a distributor maintain liability insurance on the game of skill machines that it places in licensed establishments or that a retailer maintain liability insurance on the game of skill machines that are located in its licensed establishment.
