Chapter 5. AIRCRAFT OPERATION
§ 503. Penalties; jurisdiction.

Violations under this chapter shall be referred by the Department, through the Office of Aeronautics, to the Federal Aviation Administration for enforcement action and/or imposition of sanctions.
