If a county government finds a violation of a health or safety provision or requirement, adopted by the county government, in a manufactured home community, the county government must send a copy of the notice of the violation to all of the following:
(1) The State Representatives and Senators in whose district the violation occurred.
(2) The Department of Justice.
(3) The Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority.
