Delaware Code Subchapter VI. Continuation of Certain Orders Issued During the COVID-19 State of Emergency § 3155. Marriage licenses.
The provisions of Paragraph B.1. of the Twelfth Modification of the State of Emergency Declaration, dated April 23, 2020, shall continue in full force and effect until June 30, 2021.
