Chapter 17. DELAWARE BICYCLE COUNCIL
§ 1703. Staff and fiscal support.

The Department of Transportation shall provide staff and fiscal support to the Council as part of that Department's ongoing responsibility. Said staffing shall include a bicycle coordinator.
