Chapter 931 - Connecticut Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act
Section 52-660. - (Note: This section is effective July 1, 2023.) Uniformity of application and construction.

In applying and construing the provisions of sections 52-655 to 52-660, inclusive, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among the states that enact such uniform provisions.
