Section 51-27j. - Remote administration of oath or affirmation related to court proceeding or court process.

A Judicial Department official authorized to administer oaths pursuant to section 1-24 may administer an oath or affirmation by means of an interactive audio visual device or other remote technology to any party, counsel, witness, or other participant in a court proceeding or appearing before such official for a purpose related to a court process.
