Chapter 64a - State Employees' Benefits and Protections
Section 5-141b. - Comptroller may issue statement of benefits.

The Comptroller may issue a statement to all state employees which shall include a summary of medical benefits, survivors' benefits and normal retirement benefits for each employee and a summary of general salary and other fringe benefit provisions.
