Section 38a-702q. - Applicability of provisions.

Except as provided in section 38a-702g and section 38a-702n, sections 38a-702a to 38a-702r, inclusive, shall not apply to surplus lines brokers licensed pursuant to section 38a-769 or 38a-794.
