Chapter 28 - Connecticut Sunset Law
Section 2c-6 to 2c-8. - Governmental entity to demonstrate public need for continuation. Criteria for determining public need. Criteria for determining whether a regulatory entity or program has served the general public.

Sections 2c-6 to 2c-8, inclusive, are repealed, effective July 1, 2017.
