Any person who violates any provision of section 29-145, 29-148, 29-150 or 29-151 shall be fined not more than three thousand five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than two years, or both, and such person's right to engage in the business of a professional bondsman in this state shall thereupon be permanently forfeited.
