Chapter 424 - Seeds
Section 22-61e. - Records. Inspection. Exemption.

Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agricultural, vegetable, flower, tree or shrub seeds pursuant to section 22-61c or 22-61d shall keep for a period of two years complete records of each lot of agricultural, vegetable, flower, tree or shrub seed handled and keep for one year a file sample of each lot of seed after final disposition of said lot. Any such records and samples pertaining to such a lot shall be accessible for inspection by the seed control officer, or such officer's agent during customary business hours. The provisions of this section shall not be deemed to apply to any tree seed produced by a consumer.
