Section 21a-421r. - Transmittal of dispensing information re cannabis sold to qualifying patient or caregiver.

A licensed pharmacist working as an employee at a dispensary facility or hybrid retailer shall transmit dispensing information, in a manner prescribed by the commissioner, on any cannabis sold to a qualifying patient or caregiver in real-time or immediately upon completion of the transaction, unless not reasonably feasible for a specific transaction, but in no case longer than one hour after completion of the transaction.
