Section 17a-247g. - Successor department for purposes of abuse and neglect allegations.

The Department of Developmental Services shall constitute a successor department, in accordance with the provisions of sections 4-38d and 4-39, to the Office of Protection and Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities, with respect to investigations of allegations of abuse or neglect pursuant to sections 46a-11a to 46a-11h, inclusive.
