§ 8-20.5-105. Confidentiality


(2) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person making such confidential records available to any person or organization without authorization from the affected operator or owner commits a petty offense and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
