§ 8-1-115. Information Not Public - Penalty for Divulging




(2) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person in the employ of the division who divulges any confidential information to any person other than the director commits a civil infraction and shall thereafter be disqualified from holding any appointment or employment with any department under the state.
