Article 10 - Assignments in General
§ 6-10-121. Additional Security - When

The assignee, from time to time, shall file with the clerk of the court an inventory and valuation of any additional property which may come into his hands after the first inventory; and the judge, or, in his absence, the clerk, may thereupon require the assignee to give additional security.
