§ 43-5-308. Flagpersons - Definition - Penalty

(a) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (1)(a) is effective March 1, 2022. ] A person shall not fail or refuse to obey the visible instructions, signals, or direction displayed or given by a flagperson. A person who violates this subsection (1)(a) commits a traffic infraction.
