Part 1 - Department of Transportation
§ 43-1-118. Employees - Duties

All employees of the department not otherwise provided for in this part 1 shall be employed and shall serve pursuant to the constitution and laws of the state. They shall have such powers and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the chief engineer, by the executive director, or by the director of their respective divisions.
