§ 42-7-606. Disclosure of Insurance Information - Penalty











(2) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person or agency who knowingly discloses information from the database for a purpose or to a person other than those authorized in this section commits a class A traffic infraction.
