(3) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who violates the provisions of subsection (2) of this section commits a class A traffic infraction. The disposition of fines and forfeitures shall be paid into the treasury of the county at such times and in such manner as may be prescribed by the board of county commissioners.
