§ 42-2-409. Unlawful Possession or Use of a Commercial Driver's License










(2) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] (a) A person who violates subsections (1)(a) to (1)(f) of this section commits a petty offense.
(b) A person who violates subsection (1)(g) of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
