§ 38-36-123. Form of Summons

The summons provided for in section 38-36-121 shall be in substance in the following form:
SUMMONS ON APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF LAND.
STATE OF COLORADO ) ) ss. County of .....................................)
In the District Court.
(Name of applicant), plaintiff .... versus .... (names of all defendants, and all other persons or parties unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real estate described in the application herein) ...... defendants. The People of the State of Colorado to the above-named defendants, Greetings: You are hereby summoned and required to answer the application of the applicant plaintiff in the above entitled application for registration of the following land situate in .............. county, Colorado, to wit: (description of land), and to file your answer to the said application in the office of the clerk of said court, in said county, within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the said application within the time aforesaid, the applicant plaintiff in this action will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the application.
