Article 20 - Weather Modification
§ 36-20-126. Penalties




(2) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who makes a false statement in the application for a permit, who fails to file any report as required by this article 20, or who violates any other provisions of this article 20, except as otherwise provided in section 36-20-123 and subsection (1) of this section, commits a class 2 misdemeanor. Each such violation shall be a separate offense.
