(3) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who removes or disposes of such detained or embargoed pesticide or device by sale or otherwise, without prior permission, or removes or alters the tag or marking commits a class 2 misdemeanor. In addition, such person may be subjected to appropriate administrative proceedings.
