Article 56 - Auctioneers of Livestock
§ 35-56-104. Penalty

[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any person who offers for sale at auction any animal named in section 35-56-101, without first complying with the requirements of this article as to registration, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of twenty-five dollars, to be collected as other fines, and paid into the county treasury for the use of the county.
