Article 25 - Colorado Bee Act
§ 35-25-111. Penalties

[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] In addition to civil penalties which may be imposed pursuant to section 35-25-103 (5), any person violating any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars for the first offense and, for any offense thereafter, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501, C.R.S.
