[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any person removing or destroying any covering or fencing placed around or over any mine as provided for in section 34-24-110, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than three hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
