(2) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] (a) Any person who violates subsection (1)(a), (1)(b), or (1)(c) of this section commits a civil infraction and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
(b) Anyone who violates subsection (1)(d) of this section commits a petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
