[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] It is unlawful for any person, except a parks and recreation officer or other peace officer, to operate a motorized vehicle on a signed and designated nonmotorized trail. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 petty offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars.
