Part 3 - Fire and Police Members' Benefit Fund
§ 31-31-302. Fund - Management - Investment - Definitions

(I) "Association" means the fire and police pension association.
(II) "Investment" means the utilization of money or other assets in the expectation of future returns in the form of income or capital gain.
