Part 3 - Oil, Gas, and Mineral Rights
§ 30-11-301. Definitions

As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1.5) "Oil and gas" means oil, gas, casinghead gas, condensate, and hydrocarbons or any one or more of them.
