(III) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2)(c)(III) is effective March 1, 2022. ] The person who, without the express written consent required in subsection (2)(c)(II) of this section, releases information required to be provided by this subsection (2) commits a petty offense and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-503.
