[ Editor's note: This section is effective July 1, 2022. ] On and after July 1, 2024, the office of behavioral health shall require any treatment facility seeking approval as a public or private treatment facility pursuant to this article 81 to be licensed by the department of public health and environment pursuant to section 25-27.6-104 or by any other required state agency.
