§ 27-10.5-105. Case Management Agencies - Purchase of Services and Supports

(1) [ Editor's note: This version of the introductory portion to subsection (1) is effective July 1, 2024. ] Once a case management agency has been designated pursuant to section 25.5-6-1703, it shall, subject to available appropriations:
(a) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (1)(a) is effective July 1, 2024. ] Determine eligibility and develop an individualized plan for each person who receives long-term services or supports pursuant to section 25.5-6-1704; except that, for a child from birth through two years of age, eligibility determination and development of an individualized family service plan must be made pursuant to part 7 of this article 10.5;
