Part 2 - State Office on Aging
§ 26-11-202. State Office on Aging

The executive director shall create within the state department a state office on aging, the head of which shall be the director of the state office, who shall be appointed by the executive director. The state office and the director of the state office shall exercise their powers and perform their duties and functions under the state department as if the same were transferred to the state department by a type 2 transfer, as such transfer is defined in the "Administrative Organization Act of 1968", article 1 of title 24, C.R.S.
