(1) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (1) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who, after service upon him or her of an order of a health officer directing his or her isolation or examination as provided in sections 25-4-506 and 25-4-507, violates or fails to comply with the order commits a petty offense.
