§ 24-36-115. Moneys Not Immediately Creditable - Special Purpose Moneys

Moneys received by the treasury department that are not immediately creditable to a particular fund or account or moneys received that are designated by law for a special purpose shall be held in custody by the state treasurer and may be subsequently withdrawn from his or her custody upon warrants or checks drawn pursuant to law.
