Part 3 - Division of Commerce and Development
§ 24-32-301. Creation of Division - Director - Assistants

There is hereby created a division in the department of local affairs to be known as the division of commerce and development, referred to in this part 3 as the "division". The division shall be in the charge of a director, who shall be appointed by the executive director of the department. The director shall appoint such assistants and clerical employees as may be deemed necessary to effectively administer this part 3. The director and such assistants and employees shall be appointed pursuant to section 13 of article XII of the state constitution.
