The responsibilities shall be set forth in writing and provided to the parents of eligible children. Approved written or verbal communication between the parent and program personnel may be considered as fulfillment of responsibilities for program visitation. No child shall be accepted in the district preschool program unless one or both of the parents agree to assume the responsibilities, and failure of the parent or parents to fulfill the responsibilities shall result in the child being dismissed from the district preschool program.
