(c) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (3)(c) is effective July 1, 2024. ] The district of residence shall pay the tuition costs for a child with a disability in an approved facility school pursuant to sections 22-20-108 (8) and 22-20-109 (1). Special education services may be provided by a case management agency or an entity, as those terms are defined in section 25.5-6-1702, in cooperation with administrative units.
