§ 18-8-204.1. Possession of Contraband in the First Degree - Repeal

(1) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (1) is effective March 1, 2022. ] A person being confined in a detention facility commits the crime of possession of contraband in the first degree if the person knowingly obtains or has in the person's possession contraband as listed in section 18-8-203 (1)(a).
