§ 18-8-111. False Reporting to Authorities - False Reporting of Emergency - Definition - Repeal

(b) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (1)(b) is effective March 1, 2022. ] False reporting to authorities is a class 2 misdemeanor.

(II) [ Editor's note: This version of introductory portion to subsection (2)(b)(II) is effective March 1, 2022. ] False reporting of an emergency is a class 1 misdemeanor, if:

(b) (I) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (2)(b)(I) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Except as otherwise provided in this subsection (2)(b), false reporting of an emergency is a class 2 misdemeanor.
