Article 20 - Offenses Related to Limited Gaming
§ 18-20-111. Unlawful Manufacture, Sale, Distribution, Marking, Altering, or Modification of Equipment and Devices Related to Limited Gaming - Unlawful Instruction






(4) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (4) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person issued a license pursuant to article 30 of title 44 violating any provision of this section commits a class 6 felony, and any other person violating any provision of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor. If the person is a repeating gambling offender, the person commits a class 5 felony.
