§ 18-13-107.7. Intentional Misrepresentation of a Service Animal for a Person With a Disability - Penalty - Sealing of Conviction Records - Definitions

(2) [ Editor's note: This version of the introductory portion to subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] A person who violates subsection (1) of this section commits a petty offense and, upon conviction, notwithstanding section 18-1.3-503, shall be punished as follows:
